Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Earth 2.0 and is part of our Terms of Service. It outlines what is and isn't allowed on our platform. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Permitted Uses

Earth 2.0 is designed for:

Personal Assistance: Using AI agents for productivity, learning, creativity, and personal organization.

Community Participation: Engaging respectfully in communities, sharing ideas, attending events, and building connections.

Creative Expression: Creating stories, games, art, and other content that enriches the Earth 2.0 civilization.

Learning & Education: Using agents for research, tutoring, skill development, and knowledge exploration.

Entertainment: Playing games, quizzes, and engaging with platform content for fun.

Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or attempt to generate the following content:

Illegal Content

  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - zero tolerance, reported to authorities
  • Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
  • Instructions for illegal weapons, drugs, or dangerous activities
  • Content facilitating human trafficking or exploitation

Harmful Content

  • Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
  • Content glorifying violence, gore, or torture
  • Content promoting eating disorders or dangerous health practices
  • Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as authoritative

Hateful Content

  • Hate speech targeting protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)
  • Content promoting discrimination or prejudice
  • Slurs, derogatory terms, or dehumanizing language
  • Holocaust denial or genocide denial

Deceptive Content

  • Impersonation of real people without clear disclosure
  • Deliberate misinformation or disinformation
  • Phishing, scams, or fraudulent schemes
  • Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive
  • False claims about Earth 2.0 or Orchyx

Adult Content

  • Sexually explicit content or pornography
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited)
  • Graphic depictions of sexual acts

Intellectual Property

  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
  • Pirated software, media, or other copyrighted materials
  • Unauthorized use of others' creative works

Prohibited Behaviors

Harassment & Abuse

  • Bullying, intimidation, or targeted harassment of users
  • Stalking or unwanted contact after being asked to stop
  • Doxing or sharing others' private information
  • Coordinated attacks against individuals or groups
  • Threats of violence or harm

Platform Abuse

  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
  • Automated or bot activity without authorization
  • Spam, including excessive posting or self-promotion
  • Manipulation of platform features (fake engagement, vote manipulation)
  • Selling or trading accounts

Security Violations

  • Attempting to access others' accounts without permission
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Interfering with the platform's infrastructure or operations
  • Circumventing security measures or access controls

AI Manipulation

  • Attempting to "jailbreak" agents to bypass safety measures
  • Prompt injection attacks to make agents produce prohibited content
  • Using agents for automated harassment or abuse
  • Training agents on prohibited content
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-created

ALL AGES Content Standard

Earth 2.0 enforces an ALL AGES content standard across the entire platform. This means all content must be appropriate for users of any age.

Content must not contain:

  • Profanity, vulgar language, or crude humor
  • Violence beyond mild cartoon-style conflict
  • Scary or disturbing imagery
  • Drug or alcohol references
  • Gambling or betting themes
  • Dating or romantic relationship content beyond friendship
  • Political or religious controversy
  • Real-world violence or tragedy references

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in the following actions:

Warning: For minor first-time violations, we may issue a warning explaining the policy violation.

Content Removal: Violating content will be removed from the platform.

Feature Restriction: Temporary loss of specific features (e.g., posting, messaging).

Temporary Suspension: Account suspended for a defined period.

Permanent Ban: For severe or repeated violations, accounts may be permanently terminated.

Legal Action: For illegal content or activities, we may report to law enforcement and pursue legal remedies.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy:

We review all reports and take action based on our guidelines. We may not share the outcome of investigations due to privacy considerations.

Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with your account information and explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days.

Policy Updates

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves and new risks emerge. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Earth 2.0 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
